Excellent sea trout and beef bavette! Also recommend getting the cheese plate. One or two selections of cheese that come with some great extras, like blueberry compote, honeycomb, marcona almonds, spiced apple sauce, basil etc. So good for only $10-$18! The old fashioned was good but a little light on the poor. We didn't have a reservation but they were so nice and were able to get us in at 5pm. Parking on the street was $3 per hour but free after 6:30pm. Thank you, hope to be back in Wilmington one day.

Chris was a great server. Very creative dishes and nice sélection of oysters. Nice cocktails as well. I had the iced Irish coffee and recommend it.

Amazing experience at Seabird. I'm local to Wilmington but travel for work often. It is a great place to go alone and sit at the chef's table. Quality food over quantity is what I prefer and Seabird delivers. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Perfection!

If I could give ten stars I would. Seabird was truly an amazing experience, my boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here and the atmosphere and hospitality was unmatched. Truly the best fine dining experience we have ever had and the best food in wilmington. Our server, Ziz was amazing along the staff in general. The restaurants ambiance was gorgeous and the way it was designed is so upscale with a vintage vibe. It was an amazing experience and the hospitality stood out to me the most. The oysters were delicious and their dessert options were unique, one being the sweet potatoe pie ice cream (so good!). We will definitely be back!!! If you are in Wilmington and love seafood, you must eat here!!!!!

We got smoked nc catfish + grits, fried shrimp tacos, caesar salad with anchovies, and two eggs with mashed potatoes biscuit and gravy. They started with some type of coffee cake on the house, which was perfectly moderately sweet. Everything from the fish to the veggies was lightly seasoned so you could enjoy the enjoy natural flavors of every ingredient, cooked perfectly, generous portion sizes and presented beautifully! My only complain was the ceasar salad which was so salty I couldn't eat more then 2 bites - they were accepting and thankful for my feedback. They also gave my friends free icecream for their wedding anniversary and accompdated us on a short notice which was very much appreciated since we had a toddler with us. Clean bathrooms is always a plus and no one can beat their location! Kudos to the chef who was brave enough to hold back on over seasoning and confident in their dishes by allowing their ingredients to shine. It was a heartfelt happy experience. I love that food still had the ability to delightfully suprise me. Thank you! Will definitely return!

Phenomenal food and service! My friend & I ate at the Chef’s bar & Erin was the best server, super informative, sweet & attentive! The food was unbelievable! We had the tuna tartine, the pork ribs, the swordfish schnitzel & pavlova for dessert. They brought out a nice cornbread to start & sent some amazing key lime ice cream for dessert. Decor and ambiance are adorable. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I came here for a rare date night and were not disappointed. Rachel, our server, was amazing. The Caesar salad was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The manager was very involved and came by to check in on us. The entire experience was incredible and we will be back

We enjoyed another great meal last Friday night. The seafood tower was wonderful with so many examples of local fresh seafood. The ceaser salad with smoked tuna was one of my favorites. All of your main dishes were excellent as well! It's worth a visit!

Seabird remains one of my top restaurants in Wilmington. Everything is great - the food, the drinks, the service, the ambiance. The staff truly goes above and beyond. A small example: I once asked for a blue cheese stuffed olive martini and they didn’t have it, but they hand-stuffed the olives for me. It’s that kind of thoughtfulness that keeps us coming back. If you want a place that feels both elevated and welcoming, Seabird is it.

Nothing but WOW! This is the best, most creative meal we’ve had in ages. Kudos to the restaurant, server and kitchen! We shared the tuna tart one which came on toasted sesame sourdough. Simply outstanding! One of the best dudes I can remember having anywhere. Crisp spicy peppers on top. Loved every minute of it. I had the crab garganelli as a main course. Excellent, fresh, lots of crab and a nice light lemon dressing. Hubble had tuna bolognese which was wonderful. Warm brownie for dessert. Service was wonderful though there was a bit of a lag between courses. W R were served our mains at 8:15 after sitting down at 7 pm. Top notch cocktails. Highly recommend!!
